My dad sent me flowers from Carriage for my birthday and they were big and BEAUTIFUL! However, it was the worst customer service experience I could imagine from simply getting sent flowers. They called me on the morning of my birthday(I missed the call because I was sleeping in late as it was my birthday and I was out late the night before) and left a voicemail saying the name of the business and that they could not deliver the flowers, which of course ruined what was supposed to be a surprise delivery. By the time I was able to call back, they were closed, so I went on with my day of celebrating and, of course, forgot about it. They called again the following Monday, which I was able to answer. Immediately the ladies tone was very rude, even though and answered the call nicely and asked how she was doing. She started by saying in an annoyed voice “we’ve been trying and trying to get ahold of you”. I laughed and said “Yeah, i’m sorry about that! By the time I called you guys were already closed because it was a Saturday.” She said “Well actually We called you on Friday but whatever.” It was on my birthday. Have went to them for numerous events and they always go above and beyond and take pride in their arrangements. Amazing customer service.

I cannot rave enough about this florist and Terry in particular. His work is absolutely stunning! I told him that I wanted something non-traditional, whimsical and in pinks and purples for my Mom's casket / funeral flowers. I was picky that I didn't want to use certain flowers and he knocked it outta the park! I had requested a special piece of "flair" that is usually only in stock around the holidays, but he found a piece of it two months later and incorporated it into the arrangement! I can't recommend Terry enough. Thanks for such a wonderful tribute to my Mom! It was beyond perfect! FEB, 2026

I was very happy with the beautiful bouquet that was sent to my house in a vase. Flowers were gorgeous and the delivery person called me to see if I was home and if the flowers could be left on the porch. Excellent service and the driver was excellent as well. I would highly recommend carriage house if flowers.

Wow, just wow! Both my husband and my work (Air Force One, Dublin OH) have used Carriage House of Flowers as our provider for flower arrangements. Over the years, the quality and presentation have remained consistently beautiful! Ordering is easy, and the price is fair. My husband recently stopped by the W Broad St location to place an order, he said that the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Thanks Carriage House for making every birthday and anniversary gorgeous... and for making all my friends and coworkers jealous!
